James A. Brady, PE, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects.

Jim’s 24 years experience in transportation planning and design, project management, and value engineering provides a keen understanding of the company’s operational processes and personnel that will best serve the needs of clients. He served as firm-wide Transportation Division Manager since 2008, and was Chairman of the Board since 2012.
He has been with Wilson & Company since 2001, and previously worked at the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), BNSF Railway Company, and the El Paso County Department of Transportation (in Colorado). He has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Colorado, and is a licensed engineer in Colorado.
