Scott has 23 years of experience in transportation engineering projects for private, municipal, county, and state clients. He has been with Wilson & Company for 12 years, and has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) from Colorado State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
